Our Right to Privacy

In my opinion, I would never give up my privacy for more security. Why should we have to give up our privacy to be protected? Our protection should already be granted to us in this country without having to give up our personal information. Our government has been spying on us and tracking us using our own technology. With so many social media apps and new phones being made every year it is easy for the NSA to know about our entire life. They have been doing this behind our backs ever since 9-11 and it is about time that they stop. We have rights in this country and I do not feel it is right for our government to be abusing their power. We also have to stop giving up our personal information voluntary by using all of these social media apps such as Facebook and Instagram. We have to cut back and socialize with one another like in the past if we want our privacy to be restored.
