Privacy Should Not Be Taken Away

In my personal opinion, I believe I would not give up my own privacy for safety. Having my own privacy is important to me and I'm sure it is important to other people as well. Not being able to have my own privacy would make me feel creeped out rather than safe. Although at the end of the day this could be beneficial, I still believe that there could be other ways to ensure safety rather than to invade a person's private privacy. Yes there is a point in having to ensure safety, and preventing another terrorist attack such as the one that happened on 9/11, but I strongly believe there are many other ways these attacks can be prevented rather than going deep and invading privacy. The government should take a step backwards and figure out other ways to stopping these attacks instead of invading privacy. Some people can be very offended with their own personal privacy being taken away from them. A person's privacy is something that should not be taken away because that is something people  can always keep a secret to themselves. In my opinion, taking the privacy of someone for safety is not a good idea.
